We collect the information you submit at registration — name, email address, phone number, Rep ID, state, leadership level, and hierarchy — along with the daily activity you report inside the platform.

Contact details are visible only to you and to administrators. Performance metrics are visible to your leadership hierarchy for coaching and accountability.

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Account changes such as approvals, hierarchy moves, and role changes are recorded in an audit log for security review.
